Do I Have a Copper Problem?

Why the ice, i have heard that if it gets hot and the plant has access to cooler water it can withstand the heat more and grow in hotter temps better because the circulating cooler water it absorbs circulates and cools the leaves? Is this why you do it?

I'm not saying that cold water is good for your plant but simply cooler water i.e. the grow room temps are 29 degrees celcius and the plant resovoir is kept at 17 degrees celcius.

Thank you I will stop. I don't even know why i started to do that. Almost all my leafs are curled up like its becomeing a cocon or something. Besides stoping the ice bottle what eles can I do to save her.?

What are the temps in the grow room? Ph seems ok but are the nute levels, i only understand ppm not ec, could be to high a nutes a little or heat stress, i dont grow hydro but was just intrested as to the ice in the plant water. Plants look green and strong so would suggest too high nutes or pH but this is only a guess.

Yah I bet it was the ice in the bubbler. I have a cooltube on 24/7 it stays arounds 82 to 85 f that's why I was put the ice to cool the plant . I should have known that ice on the roots would not be good. Hopefully they won't be stund for long or die..am going to change out the water tommrrow make my ec at about .06 I think that around 600 ppm.

600ppm is that a little high for that small plant? I believe you can get resovoir coolers to cool the water to a certain temperature if you need to reduce it a little but they are probably not worth the money unless you have bad heat problems, 85f is a little high too.
