Do I have enough light. CFL 4 23 watt t5 2 bulb 2 ft

Hello everyone. Hoping to get some answers. Have two nice healthy randoms that have vegged under 2 ft t5 6100k. I was able to keep lights extremely close. Have switched over to a flowering cycle and have bought 4 clamp lights with 2700 23 watt clf that are now added to it. Going to build a box and use Zen's DIY carbon filter here soon. Starting to stink. Any opinions or experience with this kind if set up. 2 gal pots with gd drainage and FF ocean forest. I am nervous about posting pics:( Open to all advice an opinions

Should've been up there but who doesn't blow a little while gardening and researching. If I do keep current setup. And they are girls I course. Think I could yield some quality?

Red. First time hearing that. 2700k for flowering right? Also for a bit of mixed spec I have the t5 still running. Going to look into the red cfl though thanks. What k temp. I know the leds use red and white blue ect.... Cfl the same I suppose. Those red cfls are labeled as party lights if I remember them from the store

Correct on all that.
The only colored lights I saw were 'party' lights also.
Yes, 2700k for flower, and 6500k for veg.

Also. Have been looking and reading about LED's quite a bit. Have narrowed it down to. Kessil magenta 350h, CLW solarflare 200w full spec or, advanced led's diamond series, was also considering the penetrator 36x I think. But came across things on them being fraud. Any truth to that?
