Do I have root rot?

So, Saturday afternoon I transplanted 2 plants from 3 gal pots to 20 gal pots. I watered them in, but had to leave town right after. When I got home (monday I noticed that the saucers had water a little over half way up the drain holes. Now I do know that some of my leaves were damaged due to them being too close to the light in the room they were in before, but looking at them now, I am worried that I may have root rot now..
The first 3 pics are one plant, the three after are of the other.

Thoughts?
Thanks.

Look closely at the purple stems, that is sign of a nutrient problem. As CC said it's probably Mg deficiency, OR, something is locking Mg out

If you want us to see whether you have RR, you need to show root pictures
