do i have to worry about appraiser

hi i have a setup going on right now but family just switch home owners insurance i was wondering if they will send an apprasier out to check the house out to know what there insuring will they check small storage room and or take measurments or anything i have grow tent setup in the storage room now which has a lock on it though

we had the same thing in our neighborhood like a year or so ago.. we got a letter in the mail saying that they were reappraising our home for tax purposes, read, they wanted to raise them, lol.. anyhoo's, yah, got the letter, then no one ever even came out to our place..

we also had a fuckup where i accidentally underpaid my home owners by like $39 or so, and then they had to come out to the house and reinspect it so that they would recover us again.. they never came in the house at all.. i don't even know when they stopped by, but they had obviously been in our yard by some of the shit they had on the list that we had to fix or we wouldn't be covered..
so, from all that i've experienced with this type of shit, they never come inside of your home, and more then likely, you'll never even know that they were there unless you so happen to catch them snooping around your yard..

Lol ive had an appraiser come to the house before, for insurance purposes I believe, I had a grow at the time and the house stunk like pot. He asked me if he could come in and take some measurements and I declined his offer with a privacy statement, THen he told me that he would still have to take measurements of the outside, I agreed to that, lol he had to go back with something I guess. He was even peering through the windows when he was taking those measurements. But thats my experience lol, hope that helps you somehow, happy toking
