Do I need to add nutes to this grow soil?

I use the exact same stuff. I add a tablespoon of dolomite and two heaping cups of perlite per gallon.
For the first watering. I do a simple compost tea. Worm crap, black strap and liquid fish at 1/3rd the dose. Plant cracked seeds after the drench.
In two gallon fabric pots the second watering is about 10 days after that. Under a mix of 3000k and 3500k COBs running at about 170watts. The third watering will need half dose of fish or 1ml/1ml/1ml per gallon dose of General Hydroponics Flora series.
That don't need any stronger fertilizer till at least 3-4 nodes high and bushy. Expect it in the late 3rd week of veg.
