Do these look normal?

These plants are 4 weeks old. Vegging with t5 and 90 w led. Anyone ever see plants this short and stumpy at 4 weeks. And thick. What could be the problem here I wonder. I've grown these exact seeds before and never seen anything like these. I did let them get a little dry, and watered them about an hour ago.

What strain?
Indica? Looks to be pretty damn near pure. Slow vegging. It does look to be right about on track time wise from seed.
My LA Confidential is a S-L-O-W vegger. Indica's and Indica dominate strains are slow vegging.
Be patient. It will get there.

these are 3 weeks (20 days from seed) all indica
the bigger ones fire alien kush
the smallest ones were very slow (happy brother) and smaller than your plants by 4 weeks

They look nice and stout to me...love the overall structure...but they look like they may be too warm...what are your temps? Do you have a fan on them?
