I posted the following in the tread https://www.rollitup.org/toke-n-talk/551376-real-life-ghosts-proof.html?highlight=ghost This is the reason I believe in the existence of animals soul although I won't pretend their souls would be the same & as complex as we have I realy belive they have one.
Sometime when I sleep I feel my old dog Kosmos jumping on my bed to sleep next to me like he use to do before he died 8 year ago, I would wake & find myself alone no Kosmos around. It can't be my other dog cause when he was alive Kosmos tame them not to go in is spot & they never did. It's possibly a reaction to a lost I never accepted...

Animals are souls, just like we are souls that are having a flesh and body experience. I for one think reincarnation is whats happening, every time you get reincarnated you move up the ladder of intelligence and consciousness until you reach the human stage which is the last stage of learning and experiencing. BUT I think the spirit world would be a bit boring if there wasnt cool animals around, maybe some animals dont wanna deal with the bullshit that comes with being a human lol.

I understand & like you're view of thing, I was wondering is it possible? if someone doesn't properly evolve spiritually that he would regress in that ladder of intelligence and consciousness

essentially yes animals have souls they have desire to live and experience, so they have souls. consciousness and awareness are just what make us human, being smart has nothing to do with the soul thats just evolution.

i guess what im saying is we are still animals just set apart by our intelligence.

So if I get it others animals & human have the same kind of souls except theirs is guided by instinct & ours by intelligence.

no we are we are both driven by instinct the difference in a human is to have knowledge when this instinct is wrong and control it. this is just per say instinctual evolution instead of a current of electricity taking the direct path, we will call this animal instinct, our electrical current will go through a "logic gate" before we react giving us the chance to question the instinct and stop it or continue, human instinct.

just a more refined power, what i am saying though is that the mind and soul are entwined.

What is a 'soul'?

How do you know what you define as a soul is actually what it is?

Here's a test; each of the 6 voters PM me their definition of what a 'soul' is. If I get inconsistent answers, wouldn't you agree that the word 'soul' is simply an ambiguous term used to describe a subject opinion?

I agree with Pad, and if you reply with the saying that the soul is energy... dont use the word soul, use the word energy. And yes, everything is made outta that shit.

I think they would just repeat the human stage again until they experienced and learned enough, I dont think failing to learn and experience the right things is worthy of punishment.

Sure they do. Me and a buddy were talking one night about how humans have a representation of life that we understand in our own way. While animals probably have the same thing going on, however they process it in a different manner..

Do tiny little bugs have souls? Plant life? None of that is comprehensible until you get to scale

Do animals have a soul, as in a part of their conscious mind that continues to exist in the afterlife? If you ask me, no.
