When I check my soil PH, I get a wet reading about 2 points lower than I do when I check it before watering.
I water with a PH of 6.3-6.7 after adding nutes, and a PH of 6.8 when I don't add nutes, and I'm getting concerned about the low 4 to 5 reading I am getting from the soil when it's wet, even though I see 6 to 7 when I check it right before I water.

Haven't checked that to be honest, and I wouldn't be able to check for another 3 days, maybe 4.
I just noticed the difference in readings a couple days ago, and watered last night, but I am getting a rapid deterioration of leaves, looking like N and P def., starting low, towards the middle a couple days ago, but now progressing up to about the middle and starting to affect the smaller leaves now also.feb5PandNdamage_zpscfdf386c.jpg

If you are using a probe soil tester you are suppose to use it in soil that is damp-wet. Per the instructions.

man, not to start a shit storm, but imo, there is no need to check the ph of your soil... unless you're using some crazy ass soil mix, the soil ph should be within a decent range..

always seems to me that when people get all crazy about checking the ph of this and the ph of that, they end up causing way more problems for themselves then if they were to kiss..

Agree with racerboy. And honestly it looks like nute burn in those leaves.
OK, thanks.
I'll drop this new shit I'm trying and just flood her good next time I water, and ignore the PH for now, since I just started checking it a week and half ago anyway.
