Do you water at night?

I am growing outdoors and water in the morning and in afternoon is necessary.
By 7 pm the pots are sort of dry.

My question is - should I water so it is wet overnight
or should I let it stay dry-ish and water in the morning
and thus giving oxygen to roots.

I’d move it to a bigger container if it‘s drying out that fast..

stay dryish. during the day, your plant is concentrating soaking up energy from light and water. during night time, your plant is concentrating on growing roots and leaves. you also risk mold because mold grows in dark high humidity low air flow space.
