do you yield more from topping plants?

You can yield more smaller buds by topping them.
If you cut off the top then the plant will grow out 2 cones, cut those and you get 4 cones, and so on and so forth. You won't get that big as single top coner dog but you will get more smaller ones.
Your grow time increases with every cut though, so start early!

people have varying opinions on this, some say topping will yield the same as 1 top cola just more spread out smaller buds.....imo yes it does yield better.

The top colas have the most potential of any though, and damn aren't they beautiful

The plants I top, tend to yeild a little more then the ones I don't. I can fit more of the untopped plants in the growroom though, so it doesn't really matter. If you are going to do one or two plants, I would top them. More then a few I wouldn't.
