The doctor says, "We have good news and bad news"
The guy responds, "Okay well what's the good news?"
Doctor replies, "We're naming a horribly painful, terminal illness after you."
I got my psychiatrist notes about me today... Not quite happy with what they had to say, but I will say it seems pretty accurate. Some mistakes that I need to correct them on (basically they just misheard me on some of my life details), but nothing major that I would disagree with. Mostly it was treatment recommendations and the like.
Current diagnosis:
Rule out Bipolar disorder
Rule out PTSD
Diagnosis of General Anxiety Disorder
Diagnosis of Panic Disorder without Agoraphobia
Diagnosis of Cannabis Dependence (figured you might get a laugh out of that one.)
Diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder
Same treatment plan. Medication, group therapy, and 1-1 therapy.
They upped my anti-depressant dosage and added an anti-anxiety med (I made sure to avoid any benzo's though).
So there you have. Medical professionals agree that I'm 250lbs of emotionally unstable, twitchy pothead.
