Does anyone have THE bottom line on the AeroFlo pump timing???

The guy at GH said run it 24/7 while the lights are on.

I've got a chiller so temp isn't an issue.

Anyone have any scientific evidence in the 24/7 vs. 1 min on/ 5 min off with a cycle timer debate???

I'd love to hear about it if you do.
