Does anyone hsve feedback on CMH 315 lights Vivosun 5 mode 315w with a Phillips bulb

I personally would not trust Vivosun lights. I've seen posts on reddit in the past showing their CMH lights with burn marks from arcing wires. They are great for other cheap things, but I wouldn't skimp out on a cheap high voltage light that could burn the house down.
