Misting from water can cause burn, where the water magnifies the light... I know that's a fact with HPS. LED not so much.
In your case it looks like a deficiency to me. I was juggling Phosphorous or Manganese.... but the latter is a micro that is less likely to be deficient. Bernie seems to agree, and I will have to second that to.
