Does having a 15 min time out mess wit the ladies

i have a prob wit heat. I knw I knw ducts fan and all that. But moneys low and there not burning up. Ive been doin a 15 min break like every 2 1/2 hours and it works fine. Does this affect or stress my ladies.

SN only post if yu knw what your talking bout and no frekin arguing geez

Hey 1gne!

From what I've read a break during the day shouldn't stress the plants, like getting an extreme cloudy period. It would be light during the night that would stress the plants.

Keep track and post your results, it'll be interesting.

You using HID lighting??? The instructions on my ballast say to leave the ballast off for 30 min before turning it back on. You are also putting extra stress on the bulb by turning it on and off a lot. Not sure about it stressing the plants out though.

Imjony is correct. LOL! I forgot about that: floros you'll be fine; HID you might burn your ballast out.

Turn your HID out for 1/2 hour and have a 40 watt floro come on to keep the plants from going into it's dark phase. Twice the heat reduction.

You can also flower with up to 6 light / 18 dark with the lights on at night when it's cooler. I did this all summer: reduced yield; longer flower; less electricity per gram; less heat.

use one of those orange lights they use for workin on cars. they have a long electrical cord, and at the end is a small cage for a light bulb, with a hook ontop of that cage. u can throw a bulb in there, and hook it wherever in ur grow room. turn it on for that half hour the HID is off(if it is HID, which it probly is since u got heat issues)

Sounds like an incandescent bulb, so you shouldn't have to worry about "stressing" the light too much. As far as I know, the biggest light stress you can create is putting light on them during the dark cycle, but like Hobbes said, the sky can go dark for hours on end outside with little affect to the plants. You might want to look into ventaliation solutions to keep from having to turn the light off every couple of hours.

omg damn can i say fast responses thnks alot to all of yu. @ imjony5 didnt knw bout that at all thnks 4 the tip n its really like 30 mins eny way was just frekin blowd when i typd this up. @ hobbes yu the frekin truth man i see yu all over here helpin ppl +rep (like yu need it lol) neve thought about puttin sum flours in there great idea!! @ luger187 1st off mane that a thug ass name bruh haha what kinda lugar i love my ruger p95 but eny ways ive been lookin 4 those 4 a min i got wind of some at a fregin flea market might have to make that trip. But thanks to all who postd and help me out +rep (to all) cause i spread the love lmfao

i dont have a gun atm =[
but ive used the name as a screen name for a while haha
i think places like autozone or other car places would have it. im sure walmart would too
