Does it make sense to feed organic and mineral (soil/outdoors)?

I’m thinking about mineral growing fertilizer and mineral PK 13-14, along with organic growing, blooming and stimulators. Am I getting the best of both worlds or is it a mess with uncertain outcomes? Thanks,
