does outdoor og kush have same smell as indoor?

Hey guys, this is my first post. I'm a medical marijuana patient living in california. I smoked all different types of OGs from the dispensaries. I've noticed that only the INDOOR grown OGs have the nice piney smell and taste. I was wondering if anyone grown OG kush outdoors and does it have the piney smell and taste? thanks in advance
