See now I think Im screwing something up, cause my plant is like 6 days behind yours and not even half that size......
Not necessarily, it looks like yours is expressing more ruderalis traits. I think the leaves show that, not indica traits. It will probably be a shorter less vigorous phenotype than what I have. Looks like you just topped yours. It will need to recover.

Well, MY cat topped it originally, I wasnt going to top it at all, but she chewed off the center node, and then I said fuck it and Fimmed it and topped other nodes.

By the way your plant looks very nice. Looks like it's going to be pretty bushy.
I topped mine at 2 weeks, it's been my experience that you have to do it as early as possible or it can stunt them.

Ruderalis at least the wild type stuff actually more often than not has skinny leaves the whole sativa indica thing isnt so clear cut especially with them they can be either or and can show traits of both so it would vary ruderalis type to ruderalis type most worked stuff would be more indica like by selection as well look at most peoples ideas of what a afghani is vs the reality of something actually straight from there they vary so much so it is the same thing pretty much

Autos carry that “ third wheel “ ruderalis gene - which also can express traits. However …. Just because leaf sets don’t quite match singular genetics - autos have both mom / dad and “uncle rudy” genetics - many different things can push forward. Growth characteristics / indica traits or sativa traits / etc.

That plant can still have sativa dominance or sativa like profiles. Wouldn’t over react because of leaf.

Grow it - smoke it

Exactly plus leaf shape dont always mean much hindu kush has fat ass leaves on veg but in bloom its more thin leaf still smokes like a indica as does afghani#1 that has some sativa lookers in it but they all get you stoned rather than high regardless ime people really imo shouldnt put too much into leaf shape

So, this is suppose to be a Sativa, yet when I look up the leaves for sativa they look nothing like this, what do you guys and gals think based on appearence, is this Indica or Sativa? Its an auto, so I know it has some rudaralis genes in there.View attachment 5358725
Mine looked like that when she was that size. Now the leaves are long and thin.
