Does this look right?

First time grower. Using 2 105w 6500 CFLs. This is 3 weeks in:

Does everything seem to be ok? Can I sex the plants yet? For reference, the strain is White Widow.

They look healthy... they won't show til you flip the light to 12/12 unless its an autoflower..For me that looks a little soon to flip but to each his own. Show me 12 growers and you'll see it done 12 different ways.. I would get some more cfl lights but thats me...

Deff get a few more cfls in there. Id go with 2700k since its good to have a mixed spectrum and ur gonna have to buy 2700k bulbs for flowering anyway if u plan on growing with cfls throughout

The CFLs I have in there are actually 105W bulbs; they're 12 inches long. They're about the equivalent of 1000W regular bulbs. I have 2 105W (actual) 2700K that I'll swap to when I want to flower. Right now I'm running them 16 hours on/8 off. Should I swap bulbs and switch to 12/12 soon?

All depends on how big u want them to get, the longer u veg typically means bigger plants which = bigger bigs/bigger yeild. And i would still get some more 2700k bulbs, u want even more light for flower than u do for veg, especially with cfls, the more light the better so if u could fit it in ur budget / grow room without issues then go for it

Nope just depends on personal preference, some people grow 12/12 straight from seed. I believe its best to veg atleast 4 weeks before flippin to flower.

IMG_20140409_103238.jpg vlcsnap-2013-07-08-18h32m38s109.jpg The first pic is an auto at 3 weeks (which is starting to show sex on it's own). The second is a Kush that was a little slow at 3-4 weeks, right after topping. I started flowering a week later and saw my first pistils a week after that. Also had a 10 wk flower. Yours look a little slow. They don't really have a lot of growth so I wouldn't switch to 12/12 to flower (show sex).

they will double when they flower so keep that in mind. they're really small now so don't flower them yet lol. they look pretty healthy, but maybe a little slow. maybe try more light / nutes / ventilation and make sure the temperature is around 75 F.
