hi hope everyone is having a good day!
last year i did an outdoor grow. i had 2 plants of afghan kush from seed, the spot got 10 hours of direct sunlight per day, i used organic soil, tons of water. i started them june 1st and they went untill september 28th. i used Advanced nutrients iguana grow for veg and a for 2 wks of bloom(was too broke to buy bloom).
then i bought advanced neutrients mother earth super tea bloom and the plants were 6ft tall with big buds by oct 1st and i harvested.

I know i really screwed up on the nutrients and somehow they still exploded!! lol. this year i am going to have 20 untill half get male or die and what not, planning to have 10 or less by flowering time. This year i am starting May 15th from seed again, this place has same dynamics, and i am going to have all organic soil that packs easily. going to mix it with lots of sand and peat to aerate adn dig holes about 3ft deep.

nutes for my veg this year will be, higher amount of Advanced neutrients mother earth tea grow and a smaller amount of iguana juice. flower until week 3 i am going to use advanced neutrients mother earth tea bloom for stron healthy shoots and start of week 4 till finish, going to use only advanced neutrients nirvana and a mix of bone meal. this will give me big massive buds and plants that are 8 feet tall, hoping lol

i am going to make a video on this and a grow journal all soon to come. please post your thoughts and suggests. thanks!!!!

Doing it that way is ok, it will work but its a bit labor intensive and expensive. You are trying to apply an indoor approach to outdoors.

You will have to bring in nutrient amended water about twice a week for good results.

Instead I amend the soil in my holes once and top dress twice all season long for plants that are 8-9 footers. Meaning I mix a bunch of Dry Ammendments in the holes at the start of the grow and at flowering time I give them Guano.

No wonder I just went by instructions on Miracle Grow box once a week. Wanted to get a picture of tomatoes 7 feet off ground before birds eat them. Definitely going to twice a week next year!
