I received dolomite lime in pellet form, when i intended for powder. Can i powder it or anything? I need for my FFoF.

Crush if possible. It goes into solution much quicker, more useable by the plant without waiting for the pebble to degrade.

Oh yeah, are these actual pieces of dolomite? Or pelletized dolomite for top application? If pelletized then add per direction or suggestion of experienced here. Or even by BUDS post if pelletized. The problem with pelletized is you need to see if it is a "time release formula" or simply elemental dolomite. If time release, then soak and/or crush.

i tried every way in the fkn world to crush that shit anf it didnt happen. had it out in the yard between rocks ,etc,you name it. i finally went to walmart,bought a little mizer with a sharp blade on it. works like a charm. just like mixin a cocktail.

The *pelletized* lime is powdered lime formed into pellets with a fast dissolving binder. The first time you water, the powder is released. Put a little bit in a glass of water and you'll see.
Makes it easier to work with. If you've ever tried to apply powdered lime on a breezy day outside, you would totally understand. Use/apply it just the same as the powdered.
