Dr Chronic - stilll a viable option?

I went to the site today to order some lowryder x white russian that i have had my eye on for some time ,and noticed that they added text saying that they no longer ship to the US. is this them trying to cover their asses whilst they still deliver to the US? or is it true that that lrxwr is unavailable to me now..

we have been getting mixed reviews on this. they have been getting a few orders pinched in customs according to the reports our users have been placing on here
