Dr. greenthumb seed review!

I ordered $525 worth of feminized seeds from drgreenthum and after I placed the order was a little skeched out on what I just did. There was no reciept or transaction number and it was in Canada. Who would I go to to get a return? So I stressed for 9 days and I recieved my order in So. Cal. drgreenthumb is no jk or real and I do reccomend ordering from them! Dont believe the haters drgreenthumb will send you your seeds.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I orderd some beans from the Attitude and they never sent the promotion that was with them (was a 10pack of caliconnection) then they say they will send it out on my next order. Oh well, probably only going to grab from the Doc here on out.

yahh.. ive ordered from dgts about 5 or so times..his og kush was out of dis world killer ............... ive yet to crack his sour 13s, but hs stiff is bomb from what i've had..

on a side note... his gear definitely is far from being cheap, but imho, the two bills i dropped on then of his ghost cut og kush was some of the best money i've spent on beans.. i got a lil over three ounce's of pure coffee kush goodness from just the one bean that i cracked under a 250 watt hps.. i do however think he's a lil crazy charging two hundred for two beans of his new g13.. i don't care what anyone says, and i really love dr greenthumbs and his gear, i'm a big fan of his work, but there is no reason on god's green earth why two marijuana seeds should come anywhere near the price of that g13.. no way, no how....
i do really think that is what holds him back as a company somewhat.. if he were to sell say five packs instead on tens on all of his gear, and drop his prices a good bit, he would sell much much more than he does now.. i'm sure he has his reasons for doing things his way though, and after all, who am i? just my $.02 worth...
but if you have the money, and don't mind spending it, dr greenthumbs has some real fire to be had no doubt.. and i also love how you can pick up the phone and talk to the man himself.. what other breeder gives you that kind of access?? i've never heard of anyone calling arjan up and talking to him, not that you would want to or anything, except maybe to ask for your money back, lmao..

I agree racerboy, i've been buying off and on from DrGreenthumb for going on 12 years now. He used to have a nice Durban but not anymore. may spring for a couple of his elites as soon as i get on my feet, just to weak right now.

The Doc is the shit! I just resetup my account here at RIU, but you can check me out(same username) @ grasscity.com. I have grown out many of Doc's strains and I must say, I am happier every time...I am 46 days into flowering the ChemDawgG13 and WOW!!! It barely smells until you rub against it, then bam, this shit is nice. I have also grown out Endless Sky, pissed I was a newbie and didnt keep the genes around, the dope, and the colombian skies. Right now I am journaling Dr.Greenthumbs Matanuska Thunderfuck, OGKush, and ChemG13 and just ordered 1 pack of Trainwreck(Arcata Cut)S1 and 1 pack of SourD(East Coast)S1. I have no affiliation with The Dr, but must say he has taken care of me well through the years. I have probably 100+ e-mails back and forth, my dumb ass asking strain specific questions, and I swear, every one was answered promptly and respectfully. I order from the tude prob every other month too and am also growing out DNA(LACon), Nirvana(WW&Powerskunk), Mr.Nice(SSH&WR) and Barneys(Tang Dream) strains but stumbled across this thread and had to post...Doc and his products have always been "top shelf" IMHO. They compare favorably to any breeder I have grown out in potency, yield and taste. I am burping the jars on my The Dope plant that was just harvested last week...shit gets fruitier every day...5 1/2 ounces dry off of 1 plant. just under 5 but i add in the weight of the trim. I got lazy at the end and ended up throwing alot of the smaller stuff in the trim pile...u guys know the feeling...

and for yall who are to lazy to stumble over to my journals, here you go...

First 2 are of The Dope plant that I got 5 1/2 ounces off and the next 2 are the ChemG13 that are flowering now...

Has anyone had any experience with DRgt's Chem Dawg?
I have already settled on his OG and his G13.
Now I'm torn between, Connoisseur Seeds: Chemmy Jones.......and Docs: Chem Dawg.

i've grown his og, and it was FIRE...

I love hearing all of these positive reports! I am about to pay these high prices but it sounds like it will be well worth it.
Top quality genetics is the way to go. One seed can become how many plants?

Ive ran some test for Doc and hes allways had good genetics and great service,you can reach him by phone allmost any day of the week..peace

As the industry developes...and it will as more common sense prevails on trying to prohibit majiuana. We will see a much better seed stock, with more accuracy and accountability for strains, not "catchy names" names. In my view, all of the seed companys are in the biz of mass producing hybrid seed stock and until recently quality control took a back seat to numbers and profit.
I have smoked ganj all over the world and although I have smoked some excellent hybrids I have never smoked a strain from a seed bank that I would call exceptional. We need better genetics, Im sure that will happen.

Hey bro ,Im thinking of trying Michigan out myself until one of these southern states goes medical,77 plants as a care giver sounds good to me...North Carolina is working a getting a bill through today,I dont know how far it will go,Are there good strains available at dispenceries yet in Michigan (clones and smoke)?Peace

Never grown Dr.G's gear but I'm sure its of the highest grade. The prices though$$$$$STUPID. "Its worth it" type talk is WEAK. Its obvious the Dr. is a Businessman regardless of his Roots as far as Herbs are concerned. Yes HERBAL MEDS. Do you believe his prices reflect any concern for the MEDICAL COMMUNITY, in this economy? Im convinced hes's another one of those "CUT HOARDING" Vets making up for lost time (paving the way for us & not getting his just due).
