Dried out plant…

How’s it going… first timer here, can y’all help me identify why my plant dried out from the inside out? Thanks in advance!

Watering schedule was every 2 days… enough water until I had 3/4 of a red solo cup x2 after water weigh came down.

Sure enough, root rot was the cause… anything I can do to get one other plant on track? I’m currently in week4 flowering
 
I've never tried recovering a plant from root rot but do a google search and it will tell you how, think it might be abit to late for that plant tho man :(
