ok with my system up and testing i have found that my drip emitters are delivering almost 4 cups per hour. So does anybody know how much or how long to feed ???

it would help to know what media you are growing in.
you dont want to water rockwool to the point of saturation. only until its damp and only 1 time daily.
hydroton could possibly be watered a hell of a lot more
so let us know what media you are using

Water rockwool less. like Phinxter said, you don't want it saturated because the roots won't get the oxygen they need. This is one of the pluses with using hydroton or other nonabsorbent media. It's impossible to over-water.
1 drip/day should work. 2 max I think.
