Iv just got my 400 watt HPS bulb and iv had a plant that is about a foot tall, iv put it under the hps with a oscallating fan. A few hours later i took a look at it and the leaes are starting to droop. Is it the heat, too close, i know it isnt over watering or underwatering. I am thinking that the fan was maby blowing to hard?
