Good morning everyone,

Here are the stats of my box as of this morning before and after I flushed:

Before After
PPM 435-450 175
Temp 75 75
pH 6.0 5.6
Humidity 45% 35%

The PPM is at 175 due to a little soup being left in the tank. Should I reflush and clean the tank completely? As you can see from the pic, there's some drooping, however color is nice and green. Last night I noticed that the rockwoool cube was quite wet to the touch, so I elevated the net pot a bit to keep the water from bubbling into the wool, but still left the roots in the tank. That did not seem to help things when I checked this morning. One of the pics below was from last night and the other from this morning. I can't tell any difference, so at least it doesn't look worse. The roots themselves are nice and white at this time.

As a grower on my 1st grow, I can't tell if the plant is suffering from nitrogen tox or over watering, which I heard was very hard to do in a hydro set up since the point is to have the roots submerged in the soup.

One last thing, I just installed the LED about 48 hours before the drooping started. Currently it sits about 5 inches away from the top of the plant. There's virtually no heat reaching the plant, but could this be the cause of the problem somehow?

Can anyone give a noob some advice? :)

Thanks in advance!

Your roots look nice and white. How much light are they getting? Did you up your light cycle since installing your LED?

also as long as its growing i would not worry too much it might perk up. just keep an eye out for discoloration or no root growth and plant growth. for young plants you could move the light up a little more. but ive seen many say they keep theirs at 6 inches no problem.

Thanks mrblu. I am probably over thinking it. I would just hate to lose my only plant. :)

I will start reintroducing nutes again this evening, assuming the are no other issues I see.

Hello slink,

I upped my schedule to 20/4 after installing the LED. Is just puts out so little heat, my brain tells me it's not working a well as the CFL, but I am sure that's not right based I all I have read, and only my mind playing tricks on me.

Light changes can confuse a plant sometimes. They will get used to it. Probably will be thriving in a week.
