drooping leaves

hey every1 ive got an autoflower about 2 weeks in and the leaves are drooping a bit and ive noticed some white dots on one of the leaves at first the dots were yellow, maybe im not watering enough? i also havent given her any nutes yet any suggestions?

What soil? Is it prenuted? Have you inspected for bugs? Do you get water on the leaves causeing the light to magnify and burn them? A pic is worth a thousand words.

Soil is pro hp mix and no nutes so far. Today I put it in the sun all day for the first time and the spot was even bigger but rather than having the leaves curled up they were drooping and were curved inwards the bottom 2. I think I had fungus knats but put a layer of perlite over the top side and bought some inescdicile soap just incase I had some type of mite I haven't seen as many fungus knats put that spot is bigger and yelloish. Haven't been keeping track of the ph but I boil my water then let it sit till room temp then water. There's so many factors it could be anything
