Droopy Plant

Does anyone have an idea to why my plant is drooping like this? It is 4 day's into flower and it has done this in veg too. It's under a 600w HPS, temps at canopy 76-78 degrees, I water with PH 6.5 after nutes. It has been fed with Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Bio Genesis Synergy during veg, but I still have not watered during flower (4 days).

Should I water it or is it a more severe problem? I am also seeing some spots on the leaves that look dark brown with yellow on the outside. Kinda looks like rust.

The first three pics are from this morning, and the last one is when the plant was in veg.

Since it has been 4 days they need water, give them a good watering. That will perk them up. You should also start with a 1/4 strength bloom food. Good luck

I can be one of two thing normaly overwatering or underwatering only you have the answer to that one.
