You are watering it too often, you have too much light on it, and you need a fan blowing it so the stalk grows strong enough to hold itself up.
You should never be watering that thing every day, every other day, or anything of the sort. It will die. You water a plant when it's gone almost compltely dry and then you let it go almost completely dry again before watering it again.
You only need one of those cfl's on it for now until it gets bigger. You're cooking it just from radiant heat.
And any little fan that can wiggle the stem will do like a pc fan on a wall wart.
If it's really bad you can add soil, but you have to start caring for it right or that won't help.
