Dry Time

Hey,
Here are a couple of new pics. I decided to harvest one plant and see what happens. I have no idea what I'm doing, but so far, I've cut off the big leaves and have the plant hanging upside down. I was going to do that for 24 hours or so. Am I doing this right? Any help or suggestions are always appreciated... I'm not really sure what to do next, HELP, I don't want to screw up now. Thanks guys for all the advice.

Ok here we go..Ill take you through this all the way to cure.
Ok you got em hanged. Will probably take longer than 24hrs
though.

Hang'em till the outside feels dry then put in jars or whatever then burp them 1-2 times a day until they feel dry again.

Make sure you can bend a stem and it SNAPS IN 2!
If it kinda just rubberly bends around its not ready.

Hang upside down in a cool dark place for a week.

Can anyone tell me what kind of plant it is? I got these seeds from a bud we had, so I have no idea what it could be.

well, its hard to say what kind it is. name it yourself.

Looks like a sativa but w/out knowing the strain theres not much
chance of guessing it.
