Drying buds

I've read that you need to dry you buds between 60-70 degrees. I'm in the desert so it could be like 80-90 degrees inside my apt. My tent stays between 80- 89 degrees, and I was wanting to lollypop a couple of branches on the left plant, because there not developing well. My plant on the right is developing great from the bottom
