sickening! bottom of the article talks about how of 63 drug related deaths they cited, 8 were cops and 55 were offenders. of the 55 deaths only twice were officers charged.

I don't agree with any jail time, much less 20 years, for any amount, much less a half oz .... but how much of a fkg idiot do you have to be to get caught 3 times and know this could happen? I've smoked half my life and not been caught once. If you get caught twice in that state and know 20 years is the next milestone, how about not having it in your pocket? It's never in my pocket, ever. It's never on me. That law sucks and is medieval but that guy is an idiot.
