I seems it varies state by state as to the penalties given for having cannabis in your blood system if you are pulled over. Some states take allowance for how long it has been since you smoked, others don't care.
This is especially important for all you medical users out there., because a scrip doesn't mean shit in most cases.

You are right a script means nothing.. but your MJ CARD DOES.. so you best have it on you at all times.. in Florida anyways :leaf:
