Durban Posion Experience

This strain is AMAZING and absolutely DELICIOUS!! My husband loves experimenting with different strains, I've had many flavors like ak, ww, ice, and haze, but dp beats them all. I'm not much of a drinker and after hitting this a couple of times..not only does it jack me up, but afterwhile I start feeling a little loopy..which is always a good thing. I can't wait until he turns the leftovers into a tenture. :peace:

Anybody currently growing DP outside now or in the past summers? Good yields on large plants 6-8 ft high and cropped? I got 8 outside in huge holes with my own mix that will get a good 4 months of veg. What do ya'll think.

I am growing White Widow x Durban Poison and its a super frosty strain that has a sativa up high.

The ones I have outdoor are going to get alot of purple from the DP I think.

ive heard dp has a lot probs herming , not saying urs will but good luk . btw ole smokey is gonna put a hurten on that reptile this yr.

I just got seed pack of DP and they have the smallest seedlings I've ever seen. They do not do very well in very dry places. In my opinion they would be best left to hydro indoor.

Durban poison is a excellent plant to grow outside. They do have alot of purple in them depending on strain and supplier. The guy who said they are better for hydro has never grown them outdoors. Not hating but one of my top ten outdoor strains. The buds tend to grow on the sativa side with long slender buds but if grown properly they can pack on the weight. Durban is a classic in my opinion.

Raw. Just rasie your light, should recover just fine. Put up some pics. Good Luck.

I got my seeds from Nirvanna and 6 out of 10 of the regular seeds were females. No Hermies.

I have a few too many plants inside in a 4x4 tent under a 400 hps so I had to put tomato cages in the DP pots because the buds got so heavy they fell over. If your growing DP indoors I would give it some room and keep a fan on it to strengthen the stems.

I decided to grow this strain because of it's reputation to do well outside in high temps. Tooks clones from the indoor grow and the outdoor plants are looking good.

Check out the you tube video. Huge DP plants.

I'l post a few more pics of my current indoor DP later and I'll update the outdoor progress every week.:blsmoke:

Nice Hodge! If mine veg for 4 months and are looked after, how tall do you think they will get? Hoping to get one lb per plant but 3 plus, holy shit.

You must have been trimming for days.

I found the DP video on you tube so, not my plants but I hope mine are that good. I should have made that clear. That grow was upper west coast last summer. I will do my own video when the get bigger though.

Correction on my current indoor DP grow. I had to check my logs. Out of 10 seeds, 9 popped and 7 were females. The seeds are on the small side but they grow just like any other seed.
