my roots have started to turn brown, this is not good i have done some reserch and have followed the advice on the sticky thread about DWC&SLIME i hope this works.
This is my first hydro grow ever so im not to sure what i am doing, i bought a ppm meter this weekend and im following the GH SIMPLE RECIRCULATING FEEDING SCHEDULE, i have all the nutes it calls for.
plus im using 5ml per gal of h2o2 for algae. like i said im new to this DWC so im using other peoples advice. thats all i have to go off of!!

I hope this problem with the roots clears up

my ppm is at 717 right now ph is at 5.5-6.0 using the drops i can only get a estmate.
she ia only about 3in tall and 3 sets of leaves im not sure if my ppm is to high but according to the GH feeding chart thats where it is supposed to be !!

any comments or feedback is welcome thanks for taking a look!!

I'm not sure why you're using a drain to waste feeding schedule, although those schedules seem made to be broken anyway. I use Humboldt's drain to waste schedule, but I only drain once in the whole life cycle - I just keep adding it in.

I doubt if two cfls are raising your res temp. If your temps at the top of the foliage are under 80, you're water is surely under 75 and ok. Are you sure the roots aren't just discolored from the nutes?
