haha sorry about the lie:lol: but noone seems to be answering wat i really need to know and that is do i need a pump to deliver water to the topp of the bucket if im usin a DWC set up and the roots are in water all the time and also wat should i do about the tubing for my air pump and the power cord for my pump? i tried like cutting a section out of the bucket but that shits tough

You have to fill the res up yourself when ever it's low with PH balanced H20. You must also change your res EVERY week with fresh water and nutrients. You wanna also have airstones at the bottom of your res to provide oxygen to the roots. Your air pump should be outside of your grow cabinet (if thats what you have) and the tubing running through the cabinet and into your reservoir. I suggest a dual air pump and also a backup battery operated one incase the electricity goes out.

ahh i no all that im just wonder about actually getting the tubing into the bucket its some pro bought bucket not like a jerryrigged tupperware thing and i cant seem to cut it

and should i be watering the plant from the top too? i got a sub pump so i could like time it if i need to or should the roots just hangin in water be fine?

I have one of those "jerryrigged tupperware". if the roots are in the res then you dont have to water it from the top(I never watered mine from the top), make sure you have a good pump and air stone.
