Hello,Can you tell me the fastest way to get the root submerged below the water line with DWC passive system?I'm planting the seeds in rockwool first then placing them in netpots filled with clay pellets, should i put the rockwool in the bottom of the pot and clay pepples around it and let the rockwool soak in the solution so the roots get straight to the water or put the clay pepples in first and the rockwool on top and wait until the roots grow through the pepples?

I like to use a top drip feeder until the roots get into your water, they (the roots) follow the constant water trickle down into your res.

1st ph your rockwool if you havent youll sufer all grow

2 if you havent already used rockwool use, coco , peat plug, jiffy etc (no reason other then rock wool like to stay very wet, and no poss ph issues)

place a layer of stones on the base of the net pot insert, seedling or cutting ontop and back fill.....

1st week keep the water level at the base of the net pot......after roots hit res keep it 4"from bottom of net pot.

no need to hand water or anything
