Hi everybody, just thought I'd formally introduce myself. I'm Irish ( not american Irish, actually from Ireland ) and at the moment I'm working on my first grow. So far I have had a lot of help from Sworth and Imchucky666 ( thanks again lads ). I guess ya can call me slip.
Needles to say , I could do with a few tips when it comes to growing with cfl's ( what lights are good etc ) . At the moment I think my grow is kinda backwards , I'm on week 3 day 2 with 6 x philips tornado 23 watt ( 97 watt ) warm white cfl's. I have been told that 2700K is acceptable for flowering but not great for vegging, should I switch to some other kind of light? I recently saw a par38 daylight bulb ( 75 watt I think ) would this suffice for the vegging period?
