Early flower. Plants leaves clawing up and cannoeing

Temps average max heat 28 degrees lights on. Low 17 degrees lights off. Mid winter so running lights at night to keep temps in range.

Leaves cannoeing assume it's heat stress but I don't understand why as I've ran upwards 35 degrees mid summer and haven't had cannoeing like this + it's happening to plants that are furthest from the lights.

Checked for russet mites with 30x magnifier couldn't find anything.

How do the stems and trunks look like?

Thats just dead plant stuff. When I lollipopped the plants were in the scrog net. Got lazy with using the scissors so I did the pinch brake technique to take off some lower branches. Just double checked and just looks like plant string

I was not refered to the fiber hanging out of your stem, which I immediatelly knew whats going on there. I was refering to that dark stem and the place where the branch meets the main stem looks suspicious, but its blurry foto so I do not want to make hassle deductions. But just for fun, you have most likely made a huge open wound, where the fungi took place. Now your plant is fighting with fussarium oxy which restricts water flowing through stem, causing serrations to curl up. Identifying fusarium is easy, if you have it, you can find purple stripes on stem, usually situated just slightly below the branching. If the disease is established you will have those stripes long enough to reach the other node up the whole plant. Just shot in the dark :bigjoint:

Taco is heat, claw is to much N. Drop to half strength your next feed and over water it, get lots of run off. Then when you resume feed just do ¾ of what you were doing. Most plants aren't happy with what the bottle label says. ¾ to ⅘ usually the sweet spot

I dont see any tacos, but I do see a little clawing. doesnt look like anything to worry about tho.

what nutrients are you running? ec?

Yeah my phone really can't capture good enough photos but that do have a bit of N toxicity and definitely turning into tacos as well. I'm in pre made soil so can't really control the nutrients for this run.

Only feeding molasses every other watering so no salt/nute buildup. Definitely a really n hot soil but nothing I really can do about that mid flower

molasses is for microbes, which your soil wont have because its not organic. its unnecessary and wont help your grow.

you will need actual nutrients soon unless you're using some miracle grow soil loaded with fertilizer

It has organic inputs. Microbial life as well. I over watered at the start and had mushrooms appear along with using micorizahe during transplant. Do I still not bother with molasses?

i would think the soil is depleted or nearly depleted by now, those pots are not large enough to feed a plant for entire cycle without adding anything to medium. how do the girls look?

Gave a small topdress of worm castings and kelp meal 5 days ago. Noticing the lower leaves falling off. Not sure if it's because of nitrogen being fully depleted or just because of them being super shaded.
1 of my plants is pretty stressed from overwatering but I think other then that they are looking fairly on track
