Alrighty guys this is my very first thread or whatever u call it. So sorry if I posted it in the wrong spot or something. I recently started growing my first plants outside in 5 gallon buckets and they've actually been growing now for awhile and are about 3 feet tall. Now my question is one of my plants has started to show signs that it is flowering and unfortunately that fucker is definitely a male. It has balls all on the top of it and I was wondering if anyone had a guess as to why it is already flowering this early in the season. From what I knew it shouldnt have started flowering till October. The plant is in an area where it gets shade during the day at times and i know you can early sex a plant by allowing at 12 hours of light and 12hours dark in rotation but im pretty certain its not getting near that many hours of shade in the day. Any anwsers are appreciated...

from what I understand...Males will flower first before the females will...Something to do with nature.

Yes, male plants do typically show sex before females do. It isn't really too early in the season to be flowering, most of mine have started. I don't know where you got the idea that it shouldn't start until ocotber. If that was true, even some of the faster strains wouldn't be finished until early december.

Hope you got some fems, and good luck with the rest of your grow.:peace:
