B Bulldog73 Active Member Jul 30, 2010 #2 Sure it is possible but N deficiency is best detected by yellowing of lower growth first and then the rest of the plant after. Burned tips are usually a sign of over fertilization. Got a pictute? How many PPM's are you running??
