Ebb and Flow Feeding Schedule?

I've been using ebb and flow for all my grows. I have been flooding every 60 min for 15 min. I've had very successful harvests but was wondering about my watering schedule. Anyone care to chime in?

Using hydrotron rocks. I use this schedule the entire life of the plant.

I run every 120 min for 30 min

i also have a air stone come on when im feeding

i used to flood every 3 hours for 30 min when lights on only. just changed it in flowering to only 3 waterings total every 4 hours for 30 min when lights on seems to be working fine

I have three 14inch plants in 6inch Grodan cubes. I only flood once a day for about 5 minutes. They look very healthy.
