the vast majority of those who work part time choose to work part time.
Most people work part-time because they choose to, not because a bad economy is forcing them to. According to the BLS, 18.9 million workers in August worked part-time for noneconomic reasons (they had to take care of children or other family members, attend school, keep their earnings below certain Social Security limits, and so on). Only 7.8 million workers worked part time for economic reasons (for example, they couldn’t find work or their hours got cut).

Jobs are increasing because available working hours are decreasing. Employers are cutting back to 20 hour, per employee, work weeks in order to avoid having to pay benefits. When you cut a 40 hour a week employee back to 20 hours you need to hire someone to work the additional 20 hours. What once took 1 person 40 hours to do takes 2 people 20 hours each to do.
I guess that's a win, in some ways.

We're growing at nearly 2.5%, China is over 6%, UK is between 3 and 4 percent.
America is -1%.

My mildew soaked rock has larger GDP growth, I wouldn't be surprised if the Mexicans started arriving by boat on our west coast instead of going to the Land of Decline.
Economists predicted 2.6% first quarter growth for the US...
What actually transpired was -1.0%.
Keep trying to use your little shrivelled brain to try debate it, but the numbers don't lie.
Fucking GREECE had a lower first quarter rate of decline than the US.

No actually, GDP growth figures are as a % of GDP and so are directly comparable.
And ours is growing faster than yours (even Greece is declining slower).
People like you should stick to mudscuttling and growing pot, economics is not your thing.
