I have these flowering females that are about 1 month into flowering. the other smaller plants are a seed crop i'm doing. The males in the pic of the small plants seem to be close to pollinating. Do you think that my large flowering females that have been budding for a month can still get pollinated by the smaller plants. The large plants are about 6 feet away. The small males are in a cabinet with a small hepa filter for a fan. Will it get pollinated? from 6 feet? And through the doors of the cabinet? Please someone help they are about to explode. I've never done a seed run before.

MOVE THEM QUICKLY!!!
you might have to do a pollination in a different room if you can...only if you want those buds to stay budding

damnit. i only have my bedroom to grow. i have grown many times before but this is something that i've never dealt with. Sorry to ask but i've been thinking and don't know what to do. Whats my best bet? i can close the cabinet fully and put some weather stripping around the door frame. Can you give me an estimate of my chances of having them grow seeds if i'm carefull. I'll keep the doors closed and only let fresh air in twice a day or so. But I really didn't want this bud seeded. Please if you have any solutions help me out. I didn't think this would really come up. I just thought of this. Could i take the males into the washroom and shake them all over the females and then throw them out and put the pollinated females back in the cab without pollinating the older plants? thanks for the answers guys.

you can try and seal it off but seal it off with great intent to not get those buds pollinated... but pollen could get out the exhaust hole if you have one...which you should!!
try the idea of shaking the male onto the females you want to pollinate...but be very careful cause all it can take is one little piece of pollen and the crop is ruined!!!!
but it think your best bet is to seal it off as much as possible and be really careful.

Alright man. i'll just seal it off. I'm concerned but the flowering plants are just mother plants that were almost a year old so i flowered. I guess this is the only thing i can do. I'll stick a few layers of hepa filters over the exaust. They are apperently made to basically remove pollen from the air. Thanks man
