Emergency water change issue SOS

Trying to do a water change. Today NONE of my ppm are matching up.

Usually I do my water change, no problem.

Today using 5 / 10 of GH Flora series is ALL messed up.

Right now I'm getting 452 ppm on a test of ONE gallon of tap, and 5ml of micro ONLY.

Now, my water is 70 ppm out of the tap. But GH website says it should be 147. It's exactly one gallon, cause it's in a one gallon jug. It's exactly 5ml, because I'm using a syringe.

The ppm meter is calibrated, as I just calibrated it to 1500 using 1500 solution.

WTF!?

A full 3.5 gallon of tap at 70ppm + 17.5 ml of micro + 35ml of bloom is equally 730 ppm.

Even minus the 70 ppm of the tap water, that's a ppm of 660.

Tested distilled and it read 0 ppm. PPM meter is NOT the issue.
