Even number blade leaf mutation

Is this a phenom specific mutation or what. The even bladed leaves appear at nodes opposite each other but not at every node, no discernible pattern, upper leaves, lower leaves during veg and flower. Always one of the small blades and on the fan leaves the remaining small blade got pretty dam big.

second question, in this pic I know the wrinkly leaves in the background were covered by a big fan leaf early on, what I'm interested in is the wave or curl of the vein in the 3 blade leaf in the foreground and how the blades are offset. Again phenom specific or common mutation?

To answer some questions you may have, these were bag seeds from a dispensary that has a breeding program with male and female plants. Apparently they experienced a breach of containment however it happened they made me a happy customer so not gonna fault them cause someone surely broke protocol as this never was an issue before and never since. Zero herm evidence 4-5 seeds in 1/4oz. Some possible/likely suspects are OG Rugburn, Cindy 99, Ghost Train or Trainwreck pic one I'm almost certain was in Cindy's Ghost. Pretty much my knowledge of phenoms is I can tell you the ones I like to smoke.
FF Ocean soil, CANNA nutes zyme and boost, biogenesis micro nutes, though I don't think its a nute issue as the mutations were there from the beginning and general plant health seems good.
