Ever get a dead calyx from low water level ?

I’ve found 4 of these all on the tops of a main cola. The only thing I can think of is because the water level got a little low but still had roots submerged. Or because of a weird genetic thing ? Any advice is appreciated. It doesn’t react to thymox or peroxide..

That is very very strange... I can't say I've ever seen that before. How bizarre.

That’s pretty wild, I’ve never seen that before, I’d imagine a leaf taking a hit before calyx? Maybe some weird genetic mutation?
