I have been buying seeds from everyonedoesit.com for many years and nevery had any problems but NOW they have changed dramticlly! I placed a large seed order from them in Xmas and paid with a direct bank transfer. They sent one of the 5 strains i ordered and a glass bong and STILL have not sent the rest of my order....... They owe me 100 pounds and now refuse to answer my emails they have been sending BS emails since xmas about how they are going to send my seeds asap and nothing ever happens, now they are completly ignoring my emails and owe me 100 pound! They can forget that i who have bought products from them for 5 years will give them another dime. There are so many other seed co s to buy from so they can burn in hell.

Be carfull with where you buy your seeds and dont give your money to everyonedoesit.com!!!!!!

sorry to hear about that man that really sucks but hey there loss less money for them thats why i stick with tude and if you want a good Reliable place to buy your pices try chunkyglasspipes.com i have bought from them many times and they are cheap to its a really good site for your smoke excessories and devices hope this helps

cgp is alright I dont like them they NEVER restock there pieces like ever. And ive brought from them 3 times was gonna do a 4th time but i ordered a bubbler that said was in stock and it took them a 7 days after i ordered it to email me saying they where out of stock of that piece i asked if they could give me a deal on another piece because i didnt see anything else in the price range that i liked and i was a returning costumer but never got an email back. ended up ordering from grasscity instead better prices and pieces I think. just a bit longer to get there. I would never buy anything from Everyonedoesit have heard plenty of bad things from them lately. sorry for thread jacking OP

they did the same thing to me and then i ended up with some shitty ass bowl that i dident even like but i mean it got the job done

yeah man i used to think they were awesome but the more I shopped around i realized there are some way better deals on higher quality pieces. I think CGP is going out of buisness or something because they literally have had the same items out of stock for years. probably just trying to get rid of the rest of there crap

There have been stocking issues but we have addressed these now, invested heavily in our stock, stock control and despatch mechanisms. I understand the frustration, email me and lets get any hassles put right. Straight away.

Placed a big order not long ago, and admittedly had my reservations due to similar threads. The order came through in 2 parts 3 days apart, which gave me a chance to change the Rasta bowl I ordered (I think it was you 'James' who I spoke to).
All in all I think every company should be in contact with their customers, but credit where it is due, everyonedoesit did me a good service, very helpful, and I would go back despite what I have been reading.
If you are the 'James' I spoke to, I know thanks are often hard to come by, so... thanks (if not you pass on the message pls)

Truth is we are the biggest online headshop in the world, we stock over 7000 products for same day despatch, we have been trading for 11 years online.

Have we dropped the ball with stocking recently? Yes we have. Have we invested to put this right? Yes we have. I will personally deal with any customer who has a valid complaint and just put things right. I can't say fairer than that.

Jesus I sound like Obama :eyesmoke: must. get. out. more!

You're not alone. Seems buisness everywhere are willing to pay thousands to advertise, offer "deals", and make promises. But when the problems arise they go running off and hide their heads.
All these folks gave you their confidence and money and went ahead and ordered from you.
For litterally whatever reason the ball was dropped. All of it is upper management / owner's responsibility (ie; the buisness') fault no matter how you look at it.
For me, you've had your chance and it sounds like you failed miserably.
Now you're on here with a sales promise and expect folks to say, "wow, they're cool, I'll order from them"?
Not in this life. Don't work like that. How many times does one need to stick their hand into the fire before one figures it's not a wise thing to do?

Maybe if you had put more thought to customer satisfaction you wouldn't be in this mess. But like all, you probably figured, "Fuck 'em. they're nobody anyways." Your just another greedy buisness that takes it's customers satisfaction a bit too lightly for my money.

To the OP,, thanks for the heads - up! I just went thru a similar thing with Grass City. They'll never - ever see a penny from me again either. Even if they do make good on something,,, the frustrations, time, and experience just leaves nothing but bad in the aftermath.

Thanks for posting your buisness experience. We need to weed out more of these,,,, (errr,) ball droppers(?).

James, I'm all for giving a chance. But also learn from other's experiences. If the buisness sense there was with long term goals in mind and worked to keep people's trust and respect you would never have had issues like I've been hearing. Obviously, this seems far from the first time someone had a issue there. That's enough for me.

have you maybe thought of creating your own thread for this very purpose? somewhere where any of your customers can get in contact with yourselves and seek assistance with their orders? might be helpful to all

1) We have had some really bad supplier issues as you can imagine in this industry you are not dealing with fortune 500 companies. And if demand goes up for a product be that seeds, glass or anything else sometimes these smaller companies just cannot deal with that demand.

2) We had some really bad weather JUST BEFORE xmas, this meant that a LOT of supplies didnt reach us when they were ordered, sometimes they were sat with couriers unable to be delivered.

Am I saying we have a blameless existence in this NO I am not, what I am saying is, we are not thieves, we are not here to rip anyone off, why would we? that's a bad business model in anyone's book!

Customer Satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do as a company, of course we are a big company and we are going to have a very small percentage of customers who are not happy with our service and feel genuinely aggrieved. And its this small percentage that usually are the most vocal, if an order goes absolutely smoothly you often don't get threads started about positive experiences.

I am certainly not here as a sales gimmick. I am on here to address the concerns of genuine customers who are aggrieved at the way our company has either dealt with their order or not dealt with their complaint.

I don't know enough about individual orders to say what exactly has gone on with them, but I promise to find out if you email me. And I am not "running off and hiding my head".
