Everything concerning grow

This is a real general question, but... what is everything i would need for both a DWC grow and a soil grow. please help i just wanna freshen up

its cool, well im more just wondering about a few things in particular for 4 plants would 4 4ft cool white 40watt t12 florecents 2 50 watt cfls and 1 68watt cfl be good? and there in regular miricle grow soil, im also wondering how to get a dwc going but im new to that stuff i just put a plant into the setup yeturday but i have no nutrients what should i get?

I'm a soil grower. Get General Organics Go pack. I run MH and HPS so no hellp there. MG soil have nutes for abiout 2 months. I add dolomite and perlite to soil. Yes, Ive used MG before on my first grow.
